Men's Health has released a list of America's drunkest cities. While it may not come as a huge surprise, Austin ranks as the fifth worst city in the country for drunkenness. With our multiple colleges and popular downtown full of bars, Austin is often recognized for its party scene. But in a list of 100 U.S. cities, Austin appears to have the most drunks and is given the score of an "F."
Here are the factors determined in this index, and how Austin scored for each individual item (out of 100, with 100 being the best and 1 being the worst).
Deaths from Liver Disease: 46
Deaths in DUI Crashes: 23
Binge Drinking: 2
DUI Arrests: 8
Harsh DUI Laws: 42
What do you think? Is Austin really the fifth drunkest city in America?

Haha. Whooot!!! Go Austin, keep workin for #1!
It must be true that Austin is the fifth drunkest city in America because looking at the number of bars in the city, looking at the huge number of people visiting them and looking at the partying rate in Austin, one would have been really surprised if Austin had not been included in the list of most drunkest cities of America
