This gazebo at Auditorium Shores provides a nice resting spot or picnic location along the popular Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail. There's also a fountain, benches, and plenty of trees. Hi-rise buildings of downtown can be seen in the background.

Town Lake and its various parklands are located between Cesar Chavez and Riverside, east of Pleasant Valley, west of Lamar Blvd. to the Austin city limits. The gazebo at Auditorium Shores is just east of the 1st Street Bridge over Town Lake.

Information and tickets for various events held at Auditorium Shores are usually available through the events sponsors. Try Star Tickets and the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department if you don't know who is sponsoring the event.
