| Zilker Botanical Gardens |
Tucked into a corner of Zilker Park between the soccer fields and the Austin Science & Nature Center are the beautiful and varied gardens of the Zilker Botanical Gardens and the Austin Area Garden Center.

In addition to the Rose Garden, Oriental Garden, Butterfly Trail, and Herb Garden you'll find dinosaur tracks, a one-room log cabin school house, a blacksmith shop, composting display, and a myriad of resting places and educational displays. In the Spring the gardens make a lovely backdrop for Wedding or other occasion photo shoots.
The Zilker Botanical Gardens are on the North side of Barton Springs Road.
