Candace Carlisle arrived on the red carpet with designer Kimberly Sae-Eua, both wearing Sae-Eua's jewelry. Sae-Eua won the award for best designer, rising star, which is reserved for up and coming designers who show promise but may not have enough resources. The award includes free services such as web design and public relations. Sae-Eua said this is her first year in the creative industry--she was in IT before this!
