Funded by the Austin Revitalization Authority (ARA), the City of Austin and Capital Metro, "Rhapsody" is a part of the revitalization and development of the historic 11th Street area of East Austin. This permanently installed public art project is the work of John Yancey, an east Austin resident and UT Art professor.
