Bio of Jacci and Lyla Bear

Jacci Bear is a freelance graphic designer, writer, and artist who has been writing about and teaching desktop publishing for almost two decades. The About.com Guide to Desktop Publishing, she is also the former About.com Guide to Austin and still enjoys writing the occasional article or blog about life in the Capital City.

Lyla Bear is a native Texan who was born right here in Austin. A former assistant on the About.com Austin site for six years, Lyla is preparing to attend St. Edward's University while also continuing to write about Austin in her spare time.
