2004 Trail of Lights at Zilker Park

On opening day with the nice weather the crowd was huge creating quite a bottleneck at the entrance as folks passed slowly under this tunnel-like canopy of lights. Even though you know it's just made of strings of lights that you can easily pass your hand between the darkness makes it feel as if you're in an actual tunnel with a ceiling covered in lights.

At the end of the tunnel there's a slight thinning as you choose between continuing along the main trail or branching off to a pit shop area with food and drinks.
